When AI-assisted tools are used, we seek to minimize or remove direct personal identifiers before submitting client information. We do not intentionally submit account passwords, Social Security numbers, passport numbers, complete payment-card information, or other account-access credentials to these tools.
We do not provide clients' points balances, budgets, milestone details, or consultation communications to airlines, hotels, banks, or other travel providers unless the client specifically asks us to do so and authorizes the disclosure.
